Our reach

Growing access, community by community

SMART Recovery Canada works with volunteers, communities, and partners to widen access to science-based recovery support at no cost to participants. Meetings run online and in person, and reach continues to grow across the country.

Beyond publicly listed meetings, many community organizations, recovery services, and housing and shelter programs have trained facilitators on staff who host private SMART meetings for the people they serve. We focus on measuring access, participation, and capacity, and on improving how we understand and report our impact over time.
